Q. Will the keychain match the exact shape of my car?
Yes. Each Tagari keychain is designed to resemble your specific car model’s outline — not a generic shape. Select your brand and model while ordering, and we’ll craft the closest match.
Q. What can I engrave on the keychain?
You can engrave your car number, your name, or even a short message. We recommend keeping it under 12 characters for best visibility.
Q. What material are the keychains made of?
All Tagari keychains are made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel — rustproof, waterproof, and built to last a lifetime.
Q. Will the engraving fade over time?
No. We use deep laser engraving, not printing. It’s permanent and won’t wear off with daily use.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 working days depending on your location.
Q. Do you ship all over India?
Yes. We offer free pan-India shipping on all orders.
Q. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
🎁 Returns, Replacement & Warranty
Q. Can I return or exchange a customized product?
Since each keychain is uniquely customized, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s any defect or error from our side, we’ll happily replace it.
Q. What if I made a mistake in the engraving while ordering?
We craft your order based on what you submit. Please double-check your spelling and number before placing the order. Once placed, it can’t be changed.
Q. What if the product is damaged on delivery?
Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours. We’ll ensure a smooth replacement process.
